How to read a scorecard
186/4 means 186 runs scored and four wickets lost. In most innings, the batting side can lose up to ten wickets.
18.4 overs means 18 completed overs and four legal balls of the next over. An over contains six legal balls; the dot is not a decimal point.
A target of 199 means the chasing team needs to reach 199 to win. For example, 186 after 18.4 overs in a 20-over innings leaves 13 runs needed from eight balls.
